Shipping Policies
Shipping Policy
The health and safety of every gecko is the highest priority. Shipments will only be scheduled when weather conditions are considered safe for the animal.
Processing Time
Geckos are scheduled for shipment after payment has been received in full and a safe shipping window has been confirmed with the buyer. Shipping dates are coordinated directly to ensure someone is prepared for pickup.
Shipping Method
All geckos are shipped overnight via FedEx Ship Center Hold for Pickup. Shipping to a staffed FedEx location is the safest option, reducing unnecessary time on delivery vehicles and helping ensure your gecko arrives in the best possible condition.Home delivery is not offered. Shipping ScheduleShipments are sent Monday through Wednesday to help avoid weekend delays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the listed price unless otherwise stated. Any exceptions will be clearly noted in the animal's listing.
Weather Delays
Shipping may be postponed due to unsafe temperatures, severe weather, or carrier disruptions affecting the origin, destination, or shipping route. Armor Class Exotics reserves the right to delay shipment until conditions are safe.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Live arrival is guaranteed provided that:

The gecko is shipped to an approved FedEx Ship Center.

The package is picked up on the first day it is available.

Any issue is reported within one hour of pickup, accompanied by clear photos of the unopened shipping box and the animal.
The guarantee does not apply if the package is not picked up promptly, incorrect shipping information is provided, or delays occur due to circumstances outside of Armor Class Exotics' control after the animal has been successfully delivered to FedEx.
Service Interruptions
Shipping schedules may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. Buyers will be kept informed of any changes, and shipments will be rescheduled as soon as it is safe to do so.

Terms of Sale
Thank you for considering Armor Class Exotics. The following terms are intended to make the purchasing process clear and straightforward for everyone. If you have any questions before purchasing, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Animal Availability
All geckos are sold on a first-paid basis unless otherwise agreed upon. An animal is not considered reserved until payment or an approved deposit has been received.
Armor Class Exotics reserves the right to remove an animal from availability or cancel a listing at any time prior to payment.

Payment
Payment must be received in full before an animal is shipped or picked up.
Payment plans may be available on select geckos at the discretion of Armor Class Exotics. Details will be discussed before any agreement is made.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and reserve a gecko for the agreed holding period.
If Armor Class Exotics is unable to complete the sale, any deposit or payment received will be refunded in full.

Shipping
Shipping is handled in accordance with the Shipping Policy. Shipments are scheduled during safe weather conditions and sent via overnight FedEx Ship Center pickup.

Live Arrival
The conditions of the Live Arrival Guarantee are outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Sex & Development
Unless specifically listed otherwise, juvenile geckos are sold as unsexed.
Sex determinations made through pore development are educated estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
As living animals, crested geckos naturally develop over time. Color, pattern, structure, and spotting may change as they mature. Photos represent the animal at the time they were taken.

Genetics
Lineage and genetics are represented to the best of my knowledge based on breeder records and available information. No additional genetic traits are guaranteed unless specifically stated in the animal's listing.

Health
Every gecko is inspected before leaving Armor Class Exotics and is represented as healthy at the time of shipment or pickup.
Once the gecko has been received in accordance with the Shipping Policy, responsibility for its ongoing care rests with the new owner.

Returns
If circumstances change after your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Returns are welcomed in accordance with the Return Policy. Whenever possible, I would much rather have one of my geckos return home than have an owner feel they have no good options.

Right to Refuse a Sale
Armor Class Exotics reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale if there are concerns regarding the welfare of the animal or if these Terms of Sale are not followed.
