Returns

Sometimes circumstances change, and a gecko may no longer be the right fit for a home. If that happens, you’re always welcome to reach out.

Armor Class Exotics is happy to take back any gecko originally produced or sold by us when possible. I would rather have one of my geckos come back here than have someone feel stuck in a situation that is no longer working.

If a return is the best option, Armor Class Exotics will cover the cost of safe return shipping and help coordinate the process.

​

Returns are offered for the well-being of the animal and do not automatically include a refund, exchange, or store credit unless otherwise agreed upon.

There is no judgment attached to asking for help. If circumstances change, just get in touch and we can figure out the best next step.
