Crested geckos are living animals and may develop differently as they mature. Buyers are responsible for understanding the husbandry requirements of crested geckos before purchasing. Once an animal has been received in good condition, its ongoing care and well-being become the responsibility of the purchaser. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Cancellation & Refund
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and reserve an animal for the agreed-upon holding period. If the buyer cancels the purchase or fails to complete payment within the agreed timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled by the buyer prior to shipment. Any refund issued is at the sole discretion of Armor Class Exotics and may be reduced by any non-recoverable payment processing fees or other expenses already incurred.

Armor Class Exotics reserves the right to cancel any sale at any time if there are concerns regarding animal welfare, unsafe shipping conditions, inaccurate buyer information, or failure to comply with the Terms of Sale. If a sale is canceled by Armor Class Exotics before shipment, any payments made by the buyer will be refunded in full.

Live Animal Sales
Once a gecko has been shipped or picked up, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered except as outlined in the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping Delays
If shipping must be postponed due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances affecting the animal's safety, the order will remain active and shipment will be rescheduled for the next safe shipping window.
