Dwarf White Isopods are a tiny, soil-dwelling species, Trichorhina tomentosa, commonly used as a cleanup crew in tropical bioactive enclosures. They spend much of their time beneath the surface, breaking down waste and decaying organic material throughout the substrate.
They’re hardy, prolific, and well suited to consistently humid setups. Provide moist substrate, plenty of leaf litter and decaying organic material, calcium, and supplemental food as needed.
